California Poppy or Eschscholzia Californica Ballerina mix has very finely divided pale bluish-green leaves with satiny and cheerful funnel-shaped, double and semi-double flowers.

Sow seed on the soil surface. Allow seeds to get light to germinate. 
Be very gentle when transplanting seedlings, as poppies do not like to be disturbed.
To start outdoor, sow directly into soil 4 weeks before last spring frost or in late autumn. Mix seed with fine sand to scatter thinly over prepared soil to avoid overcrowding. Keep moist until germination.
