Papaver Rhoeas, Corn Poppy, Shirley poppy, Flanders poppy, California poppy, Iceland poppy, Himalayan blue poppy.
Sow seed on the soil surface.
Allow seeds to get light to germinate.
Be very gentle when transplanting seedlings, as poppies do not like to be disturbed.
To start outdoor, sow directly into soil 4 weeks before last spring frost or in late autumn. Mix seed with fine sand to scatter thinly over prepared soil to avoid overcrowding. Keep moist until germination. 
Pick off spent blooms and seed pods, these annual poppies will bloom for several weeks.
